Poetry For The Out Of Work Hireku

Poetry for the Out of Work: Hireku Traditional haiku consist of 17 syllables, in three phrases of 5, 7, and 5 respectively. I call my poems on employment “hirekus.” I was impressed by reading a haiku on joblessness by Aravis Moore from San Diego, California: O, Craigslist, my pricey. 9 an hour isn't any good Benefits are nice. Here is mine: One web page resume Does not capture my essence I dare two pages. And one other: 9 to 5 bored me Til I lost the job last year. I miss my commute. Look for occasional hirekus on the WorkSource Facebook web page: /worksource Do you could have a hireku in you? Post a comment with yours.
